Opening and Closing Hood

Opening Hood

1. Park the machine safely. (See Parking Safely in the SAFETY section.)

   Stand in front of machine and grasp hood lift handle (A).

3. While applying slight upward pressure to the hood lift handle (A) to release the center latches (B), push rearward on the hood above headlight (C) to release the hood latch (D) on each side.

4. When the hood latches are released, pull upward on the hood to pivot to full open position.

Closing Hood

1. Grasp hood lift handle (A).

2. Pivot hood downward to closed position.

3. Press down on each side of hood (E) and each side of cup holder (F) to latch hood in closed position.
