Checking Mid and Rear Transmission Oil Level
IMPORTANT: Hot hydraulic oil will expand and show incorrect
oil level. Check oil level:

When oil is cold.
-
With engine not running.
Mid Transmission

Park the machine safely. (See Parking Safely in SAFETY.)

Raise and secure cargo box with latch support.
-
IMPORTANT: Dirt and debris in oil may cause damage to the transmission.
Clean area around opening before removing dipstick.

Remove dipstick (A) located on the top of the transmission
housing. Wipe dipstick clean.

Check oil level by sliding dipstick into tube in transmission
case, then removing and checking oil level. Oil level must be between
top (max. fill) and bottom (min. fill) hatch markings on dipstick
blade.

Add oil as needed through the dipstick fill hole.

Install and tighten dipstick.

Lower the cargo box.
Rear Transmission

Park the machine safely. (See Parking Safely in SAFETY.)

Allow machine to cool down for at least one hour.
-
IMPORTANT: Dirt and debris in oil may cause damage to the transmission.
Clean area around opening before removing plug.

Fill plug under right rear side.
Remove fill plug (A) located on right side of rear transmission.

Oil should be level with the bottom of the fill port. If oil
level is low:

Add oil through fill port until level is correct.

Install and tighten fill plug to specification.
