Adjust Broom

Unlocking the Angle Lock

1.

   Remove lock pin (A) from angle lock position.

2. Install lock pin into storage position (B).

Raising Parking Stands

1. Install broom parking stands in raised position.

2. Level broom to set height of stands

Leveling Broom

1. Check tire air pressures.

2. Park machine safely (See Parking Safely in the SAFETY section).

3. Verify that broom is in float position.

   Broom removed from tractor. Broom must be installed to check level.

   Swing plate (A) on front quick hitch should be horizontal or parallel to ground with installed broom in float position.

   1. If broom is level, no adjustment needed.

   2. If broom is not level, determine how far you need to raise or lower broom wheels to level broom, and adjust broom wheel height.

Adjust Wheel Height

1. Park machine safely (See Parking Safely in the SAFETY section).

   Support wheel yoke (A).

3. Remove quick-lock pin (B).

4. Each spacer provides 13 mm (1/2 in.) of broom height adjustment.

   Adjust wheel spacers (C):

   1. Move spacers to top of spindle to lower brush head.

   2. Move spacers to bottom of spindle to raise brush head.

5. Install quick-lock pin.

6. Repeat for other side.
