Assemble Chute to Housing

A - Chute Assembly

B - Spiral Rod

C - Chute Rotation Rod

D - Retaining Bracket

E - Screw, Self-Tapping, M8 x 20

  1. Install chute assembly (A) on chute base, with teeth on chute aligned with spiral rod (B) on chute rotation rod (C). Secure chute with retaining bracket (D) and four spacers to chute base with four M8 x 20 self-tapping screws (E). Tighten hardware.

    F - Bearing

    G - Chute and Spout Bracket

    H - Chute Handle Rod

    Insert snap-in bearing (F) into chute and spout bracket (G), with wider flange of bearing on handle side of bracket. Slide chute and spout bracket onto chute and handle rod (H).

    I - Chute Handle Rod

    J - U-Joint

    K - Flat Washer, M10.5

    L - Spring Locking Pin, M2.5

    Insert end of chute handle rod (I) into black plastic U-joint (J) at end of chute rotation rod and secure with an M10.5 flat washer (K) and M2.5 spring locking pin (L).

    M - Spout Cable

    N - Clamp

    O - Bolt, Flange Head, M6 x 16

    P - Nut, M6

    Rotate chute to right until it stops. Secure spout cable (M) to the left rear mounting hole in the chute base, using clamp (N), M6 x 16 flange head bolt (O) and M6 nut (P).

    Q - Nut

    R - Spout Bracket

    S - Nut

    Thread top nut (Q) on spout cable as far as possible.

    NOTE: Handle must be in vertical position when tightening to allow proper operation.



  6. Put handle end of cable into slot in chute and spout bracket (R) with lock washer and nut (S) against bottom side of bracket. Tighten nuts to secure.
