Service Intervals

IMPORTANT: Avoid injury! Operating in extreme conditions may require more frequent service intervals:

  • Engine components may become dirty or plugged when operating in extreme heat, dust, or other severe conditions.
  • Engine oil may lose efficiency if vehicle is operated constantly at slow or low engine speeds or with frequent short trips.


Each Use

  • Check for loose hardware
  • Lube discharge chute.

Beginning of Season

  • Check/Adjust primary drive belt tension (Manual PTO).
  • Check drive belt for extreme wear, replace if worn.
  • Lube vertical drive shaft.
  • Check and adjust lift height.
  • Check skid shoes and scraper blade. Replace if necessary.
  • Check V-belts, Replace if worn.

End of Season

  • Lube lift lock pin.
