Cleaning Cab Filters

CLEAN CAB FILTERS by one of the following methods:

1. Tap gently on flat surface; dirty side down. Do not tap on a tire.

2. Direct compressed air 210 kPa (2.1 bar) (30 psi) maximum through filter in opposite direction of arrows on filter.

3. Soak 15 minutes in warm water (not over 38° C [100° F] with R36757 John Deere Dry Filter Element Cleaner or its equivalent (non-sudsing detergent).

4. Rinse until clean with water from the hose having a maximum pressure of 272 kPa (2.7 bar) (40 psi).

5. Shake excessive water from filter and allow element to dry. Do not use compressed air to dry filter. It might rupture the wet element.
