Adjusting Front Axle Toe-In (4-Wheel)

NOTE: Adjust both tie rods equally.

1. Remove tie rod bolts (A).

A-Tie Rod Bolts

2. Loosen clamp bolts (A).

3. Rotate tubes to lengthen or shorten tie rods and adjust toe-in to 25 mm (1.00 in.). Tie rods should be equal in length after obtaining correct toe-in.

A-Clamp Bolts

NOTE: Distance from center of inner tie rod end (A) to end of tie rod tube (B) should not exceed 48 mm (1.875 in.) (C).

4. Tighten clamp bolts to specification.

5. Install tie rod bolts. Tighten bolts to specification.

6. Check toe-in again.
