Setting Minimum Pressure

NOTE: Spray rate controller will attain the minimum pressure setting when master spray is turned on and in auto mode when the machine slows down too much.

Set minimum pressure setting above nozzle body check valve pressure specification.

Do not set minimum pressure setting too high or over application will occur.

1. Press "SETUP" to display SETUP menu.

2. Press "A" to setup sprayer.

3. Press "E" to change minimum pressure setting.

4. Enter the desired minimum pressure. Normally, minimum pressure is set between 68-103 kPa (0.7-1.0 bar) (10-15 psi).

For example, to enter 15 psi press 1, 5 and then "E". Fifteen psi is now the minimum pressure that will be maintained during spraying or when the boom sections are off.

5. Press "RUN" to return to Page 1 of RUN menu.
