Filling Solution Tank Without Quick-Fill Attachment
CAUTION:
Read carefully the directions printed on the chemical manufacturer's labels before handling chemicals or you may be exposed to hazardous materials which could poison and injure you.
IMPORTANT:
Do not add chemical to tank until just before field use. Follow the chemical manufacturer's instructions for mixing the spray solution to obtain the desired application rate and effect.
Remove the fill cap (A) and inspect the fill strainer for foreign material. If necessary, clean the strainer by brushing and/or reverse flushing.
If using a wettable powder, place it in the strainer before adding water.
Instructions on the manufacturer's container label, regarding mixing proportions, should be read and strictly followed. The concentrate should not be poured into the empty tank; fill the tank about one-half full with clean, clear water, add the chemical concentrate, and then finish filling the tank with water.
Keep spray material from skin. If spray material comes in contact with the body, wash it off immediately with clean water and detergent.
