Sliding Solution Tank Back

causym CAUTION: Boom is heavy and can fall causing serious injury or death to you or others. If removing boom use lifting device large enough to handle boom safely.

1. Lift boom to highest position and install cylinder lock-up (A) or remove boom if desired.

2. Slide solution pump shield forward.

3. Close suction line shut-off valve (A).

4. Disconnect suction hose (A) from pump.

5. Disconnect bleed-off line.

6. Disconnect agitation hose from solution tank.

7. Remove cap screws (A) from both sides of machine.

causym CAUTION: There is no "stop" built into the tank sliding track. If pulled out too far, tank will drop causing injury to you or someone else, or machine damage. Attach proper lifting equipment when tank is half-way back to prevent injury or damage.

8. Slide tank half-way back to perform service. Attach proper lifting equipment if removing tank.

9. Apply grease or oil to track when installing tank or sliding it forward.
