Clean Flowmeter-Daily

CAUTION: Spray system can contain hazardous material which can cause serious injury or death to you or others. Wear protective clothing, eyewear and gloves. Drain solution and clean strainer in an area where people, animals, vegetation and water supply, etc. cannot be contaminated.

1. Disconnect wiring harness from electrical connector (A) on sensor (B).

2. Unscrew flowmeter insert (C) and remove.

3. Clean insert with clean water. Make sure turbine (D) turns easily. If turbine does not turn easily after cleaning, use John Deere Brake and Parts Cleaner (Part No. TY16041).

4. Install insert in flowmeter.

IMPORTANT: Timing line on flowmeter sensor must be aligned with flowmeter inlet/outlet for solution system to function properly. If not aligned and sensor is tight, check for debris under sensor.

5. Attach electrical connector to sensor.
