Symptom Problem Solution

"Fault Code (FC) 110 Check Wiring"

Intermittent code 110

Turn ignition key off, then on again. If code goes away, resume operation. If problem persists, go to next system check.

Intermittent wiring connection.

Check all CAN wiring connectors and reconnect.

Inspect connectors for damage and repair.

Missing terminator

Verify terminators are installed.

Bad terminator

Zero pressure with spray system operating.

Solution tank empty.

Fill tank with solution. Check tank for leaks or damage.

Solution tank valve closed.

Open.

Solution pump fuse faulty.

Replace fuse.

Solution pump bleed line kinked or forms traps.

Unplug pump bleed line.

Suction line plugged or collapsed.

Clean or replace suction line.

Air leak in suction line.

Repair or replace suction line.

Pressure line leaking.

Repair or replace pressure line as necessary.

Solution pump impeller clogged.

Separate pump housing. Remove and clean impeller.

Solution pump shaft seal(s) leaking.

Clean and inspect nozzles. Check orifices and calibration of nozzles. Replace nozzles as necessary.

Boom supply hoses partially or completely plugged.

Clean out hoses.

Boom in-line strainers (if equipped) partially or completely plugged.

Clean strainers.

Minimum pressure set too high.

Lower minimum pressure setting.

Incorrect Sprayer Response min/max setting.

Enter correct min/max setting in SprayStar™ display). (See SprayStar™ System.)

SprayStar™ not programmed properly.

Enter proper program data. (See SprayStar™ System.)

Dirty or faulty flowmeter.

Clean, repair or replace flowmeter as needed.

Pressure sensor faulty.

Incorrect Sprayer Response min/max value in controller adjust.

Set min/max value correctly. (See SprayStar™ System.)

Inadequate solution supply in tank.

Fill tank with solution. Make sure valves are completely open.

Spray nozzles plugged.

Clean and inspect nozzles. Check orifices and calibration of nozzles. Replace nozzle(s) as needed.

Air trapped in solution system.

Loosen lines and operate pump to release trapped air.

Boom supply hoses to booms partially plugged or collapsed.

Remove and inspect solution hoses to booms. Clean or replace hoses as necessary.

Solution contains heavy solids (poor mixture).

Check engine and pump speed. Check agitation line and valves. Be sure agitation jets are not clogged.

Boom section shut-off valve(s) faulty.

Clean suction strainer.

Worn impeller in solution pump.

Large gap between sprayer passes.

Adjust spraying to minimize gaps.

Solution contains heavy solids (inadequate mixing of chemicals).

Incorrect engine rpm.

Run engine at 2400 rpm.

Agitation valve closed.

Turn agitation switch on.

Agitation setting in SprayStar™ incorrectly set.

Enter correct agitation setting (See SprayStar™ SECTION.)

Agitation valve wires disconnected, loose or damaged.

Repair or replace wires.
