Symptom Problem Solution

Low battery voltage indicated on SPRAYSTAR ™ display.

Excessive start-stop operation.

Leave engine running longer.

Defective battery.

Recharge or replace.

Low charging voltage.

Have your John Deere dealer check charging circuit.

High resistance in circuit.

Have your John Deere dealer check charging circuit.

Low charging voltage (engine running) indicated on SPRAYSTAR ™ display.

Low engine speed.

Increase speed.

Excess electrical load.

Turn off lights. Reduce blower speed to medium or low. Clean air conditioner screens, core and filter.

Slipping belt.

Replace belt and/or tensioner.

Defective battery.

Recharge or replace.

Defective alternator.

Have your John Deere dealer check alternator.

Excessive charging voltage indicated on SPRAYSTAR ™ display.

Faulty connection to alternator.

Check wiring connections.

Defective regulator.

Have your John Deere dealer check alternator.

No solid brake pedal feel.

Air in system.

Bleed brakes.

"Fault Code 110-Check Wiring" indicated on SprayStar™ display.

Intermittent fault code 110 caused by temporary electrical noise on data line to display.

Clear code or cycle ignition key off and on. NOTE: This fault code does not affect the performance of the SprayStar™ monitor or CCU.

Fault code remains when machine is shut off and then started again.
