Adjusting Front Cushion Wheel (3-Wheel)

NOTE: For maximum benefit from front cushion wheel, it must be adjusted properly. The machine must be field ready before making adjustment. Boom must be installed and solution tank filled.

1. Remove three 3/8 x 3/4 in. serrated flange screws (A) and strap (B) from each side of front shield (C). Remove shield.

2. Tighten lock nuts (D) so there is 38.1 mm (1-1/2 in.) of exposed threads.

3. Tighten lock nut (D) to nut (E).

4. Repeat on other side.

5. Attach front shield to machine with three 3/8 x 3/4 in. serrated flange screws and one strap to each side.
