Control Levers for Machines With Lift-Assist Wheel-4050/55, 4250/55 and 4450/55 Tractors

Raise and lower machine with hydraulic function control lever (A) (first SCV lever). Pull the lever rearward into clip for raising and transporting. The hydraulic function lever (B) (second or third SCV lever) is used to raise wings to a slight angle for turning at end of rows, and for folding or transport.

IMPORTANT: To avoid damage, the wings MUST BE raised at least five degrees when turning at row ends. NEVER turn with machine in the ground.

With Frame Gauge Wheels on Wing only: Leave hydraulic function lever (B) in neutral position. Machine will float as a rigid machine.

With Frame Gauge Wheels on Center Frame and Wings: Push hydraulic function lever (B) all the way forward to float position. Center frame and wings will float independent of each other.

Frame height is maintained with gauge wheels.
