Preparing Machine for Storage
If implement is in unfolded position, lower front parking stands, if equipped. If implement is in folded position, lower both front and rear parking stands. Do not unhitch implement in folded position if not equipped with front and rear parking stands. (Implements equipped with center frame gauge wheels do not require use of front parking stands.) 1. Lower parking stands. (See Attaching and Detaching section.) 2. Clean and store machine in dry place. 3. Follow lubrication instructions in Lubrication and Maintenance section. 4. Inspect for damaged parts. Replace before next season. 5. Paint areas which have been chipped during operation to prevent rust. 6. Apply grease to exposed cylinder rods. |
