Adjusting Trip Force (Spring-Reset Rock Standard)

IMPORTANT: Damage to machine can occur if trip force mechanism is overtightened. If the collar is forced into the welded area at maximum adjustment the weld could break resulting in collar and machine damage.

1. Loosen jam nut (A).

2. If tightening, do not allow collar (C) to contact the welded area (D) at maximum adjustment or damage can occur.

3. Loosen or tighten nut (B) until desired standard trip force is achieved.

4. Tighten jam nut.
