Coulters

The coulters cut through surface trash such as corn stalks, wheat stubble or other heavy crop residue and help reduce plugging.

Remove coulters when operating in fields with little or no surface trash.

Coulter, 508 mm (20 in.) -Maximum Working Depth 457 mm (18 in.)
Coulter, 559 mm (22 in.) -Maximum Working Depth 432 mm (17 in.)

When ripping in fields with obstructions, it is necessary to restrict depth in order to give the coulter space to travel over the obstruction. See specification below for the maximum working depth without coulters.
