It is recommended that machine be used with tractors providing PTO power in range of 10-17 kW per meter (4-7 hp per foot) of machine width. For example,

machine that is 9.91 m (32 ft. 6 in.) wide would require 99-168 kW (130-228 hp) of PTO power.
