Adjusting Wing-Fold Operation-Flexible Fold and Low Transport Models

If wings do not fold against stops or if cylinder is not fully retracted when wing is against stop, perform following procedure.

IMPORTANT: Be sure wings are completely unfolded before performing procedure.

1. Turn tractor off.

2. Move SCV II lever back and forth to relieve pressure on wing cylinder(s).

3. Loosen clevis (A) set screw.

4. Adjust rod length with wrench on rod flat portion until cylinder pin is in slot center.

5. Tighten set screw and fold wings. Wing-fold is properly adjusted when wing rests against stop and cylinder rod pin is at slot bottom.
