Adjusting Folding Cylinder Linkage and Wing Stop-Horizontal Fold and Low Transport Attachment Models

1. Unfold machine to field position.

2. Turn tractor off.

3. Move SCV II lever back and forth to relieve pressure.

4. Loosen clevis set screw (A).

5. Adjust rod length with wrench on rod flat (B), until hinge puts slight down pressure on wing. Back off until link (C) just loosens.

6. Tighten clevis set screw.

7. Start tractor.

8. Horizontal Fold Models -Fold machine to transport position.

Low Transport Attachment Models -Fold outer wings.

9. Turn tractor engine off.

10. Move wing stop (A) in or out on frame until full wing weight rests on stop, when cylinder is fully retracted. Link on 180° fold hinge assembly must be slightly loose.
