Dumping Basket

causym CAUTION: To avoid serious injury or death to you or others, DO NOT unload basket if the following conditions exist:

  • If stripper can come in contact with electrical wires.

  • If stripper is on a slope.

  • If anyone can come in contact with basket.

  • If anyone is around stripper.

IMPORTANT: Damage can result from buildup of cotton lint in engine compartment. Dump basket with wind to minimize amount of cotton lint blown into engine area.

DO NOT put cotton that has touched the ground (from a plug or overthrow) through cleaner. Debris may damage cleaner.

1. When dumping, move vane to right-hand side to hold cotton. Release rest of load as desired.

2. Increase engine speed to full speed.

3. Push basket raise button (A) to dump basket.

4. Release button when basket reaches dump position.

5. Push button (B) to lower basket.
