ROW-TRAK™ Circuit Diagnostic Codes

NOTE: Three amp fuse does not need to be installed in diagnostic fuse location.

Code 236 -Prompt operator to push ROW-TRAK ™ button on hydro lever in Channel 5 and 6; or that engine speed was not above 1800 rpm when button was pressed, operator not on seat; pressure switch is open.

Code 237 -Indicates that crop sensor or rear wheel sensor is out of range in learn mode or valve bias mode. One or both sensors or wires are damaged. Check ranges in Channels 7 and 8.

Code 241 - ROW-TRAK ™ calibration not successful. This error condition only occurs in Channel 5 of the field diagnostics. It indicates that the valve bias calibration was not successful and an error exists with valve or rear wheel sensor assemblies; hydraulic hoses are crossed or improperly installed.

Code 242 -Left steering solenoid driver shorted. This code indicates a bad connection between controller and control valve; or control valve coil shorted.

Code 243 -Right steering solenoid driver shorted. This code indicates a bad connection between controller and control valve; or control valve coil shorted.

Code 246 -Battery supply voltage low. Voltage less than 8.55 VDC. Check cable connections and machine system voltage.

Code 248 -Crop sensor signal missing. Check cable connections to crop sensor.

Code 250 -Rear wheel sensor signal missing. Check cable connections to rear wheel sensor.

Code 253 - ROW-TRAK ™ indicator light failure. Check bulb.
