Clean engine hood area. ·                
Clean side screens. ·                
Perform 5-step check.   ·              
Check fuel filters for sediment. Drain or clean as necessary.   ·              
Check engine oil and add if necessary.   ·              
Clean lint from alternator screen.   ·              
Check hydraulic reservoir sight glass and add as necessary.   ·              
Clean debris from fan rotor.   ·              
Lubricate basket cylinder and rockshaft.   ·              
Check coolant level.   ·              
Clean lint and dirt from cooling cores.   ·              
Clean accumulated lint or trash from pre-cleaner fins.   ·              
Remove lint and trash from engine compartment.   ·              
Clean primary cab recirculating filter-If operating in dusty conditions.   ·              
Inspect frequently for rocks, wood, or debris lodged in the stripping units or between cleaner lay down bar and upper saw drum.   ·              
Inspect cleaner bearings for signs of over-heating or excessive looseness. Replace promptly.   ·              
Clean cab fresh air filter and pre-cleaner-if operating in dusty conditions.   ·              
Wipe off exterior of cab inlet air screen.   ·              
Visually inspect tires.   ·

Reset digital tachometer.     ·            
Lubricate basket vanes (two grease fittings per vane).     ·            
Clean fuel tank vent.     ·

Check final drive oil and add if necessary.       ·        
Lubricate both fan bearings.       ·        
Clean battery connections and check tightness of hold down brackets.       ·        
Lubricate basket lid hinges.       ·        
Check transmission oil level and add as necessary.       ·        
Lubricate rockshaft bearings.       ·        
Lubricate guide axle spindles and tie rods.       ·        
Lubricate ROW-TRAK feedback cup assembly (if equipped).       ·        
Lubricate cleaner doffer and saw drum bearings.       ·        
Change engine oil and filter. a       ·        
Change engine oil and filter. b         ·      
Clean primary cab recirculating filter-Normal Conditions.         ·      
Change hydraulic/hydrostatic oil and both in-line and in-tank filters. Inspect and clean in-tank screens.           ·    
Drain fuel tank and clean vent.           ·    
Change final drive oil (both).           ·    
Change transmission oil.           ·    
Check and adjust engine valve clearance.             ·  
Check oil level in cleaner gearcase, add as necessary.             ·  
Clean vane dump control cylinder area.             ·  
Check drive belt(s) and alignment.             ·  
Inspect seat belts.             ·  
Add coolant conditioner.             ·  
Replace primary and secondary air cleaner elements.             ·  
aPerform initial oil change at 100 hours.
bExtend service interval by 50 percent when using PLUS-50 oil. Example: 200 Hours extends to 300 hours.
