Set Grid Bar and Feed Control Channel Spacing

causym CAUTION: Saw blades are extremely sharp and can cause serious injury or death to you or others. Wear leather gloves when setting spacing to prevent injury to yourself.

1. Loosen lower bolt (A) at each end of feed control channel (B).

2. Set spacing to 16 mm (5/8 in.) with two cleaner grid bar spacing tools-one at each end of channel.

3. Loosen hardware (A) on each end of grid bar.

4. Using two spacing tools (B), space grid bars to following dimensions.

On upper saw, position upper set of grid bars (C) 16 mm (5/8 in.) and lower set of grid bars to 13 mm (1/2 in.) away from saw blades.
