Replacing Cleaner Doffer Brush

causym CAUTION: Entanglement in cleaner doffer brush can cause serious injury or death to you or others. Disengage cleaner drive and shut off engine BEFORE unclogging machine.

1. Park machine on a flat, level surface. Raise basket, disengage cleaner auger drive, and shut off engine.

causym CAUTION: Basket is heavy and can fall causing serious injury or death to you or others. When basket is in raised position, turn handle to lock position BEFORE working under basket. When lowering basket, stand clear and turn handle to unlock position. Basket will not lower unless valve is unlocked.

2. Turn basket lockup handle (A) to "LOCK" position.

3. Remove lower rear panel.

4. Loosen nuts (A) and remove brush (B).

NOTE: Verify brush is completely seated in doffer before tightening hardware.

5. Replace brush and tighten hardware.
