OMN300065: 7460 Cotton Stripper, Block File: NXC8_M745560_7_19

1. Check final drive oil level at (A). Add proper oil if necessary.

2. Lubricate both fan bearings. Use grease gun to prevent seal damage.

3. Clean battery connections (B) and check tightness of hold down brackets (C).

4. Lubricate basket lid hinges (two places).

5. Check transmission oil level at plug (D). Add proper oil, if necessary, through fill and breather plug on right hand side of transmission.

6. Lubricate rockshaft bearings (two places).

7. Lubricate each guide wheel spindle (2 places each wheel).

8. Lubricate cleaner doffer and saw drum bearings (A) (6 places).

9. Lubricate drive shaft coupling (4 places).

NOTE: ROW-TRAK feedback cup assembly (if equipped) is located on top of kingpin on left-hand side of rear axle.

10. Lubricate fitting on ROW-TRAK feedback cup assembly.
