Servicing Air CleanerIMPORTANT: Costly engine damage can result from excessive servicing of air cleaner elements. Install new primary and secondary elements at the beginning of each harvest season. Do not remove air cleaner elements unless air restriction indicator on overhead console comes on. When indicator light comes on, replace primary element. Only replace secondary element every other time that primary element is replaced. A dual element air cleaner is standard. Amber indicator light (A) and CAUTION indicator (B) will come on and a three second alarm will sound when air filter becomes restricted. Replace air filter element and inspect air intake system. Change secondary filter every other time primary filter is changed. If filter elements do not require changing during the harvesting season, always replace both elements at the beginning of the next harvesting season because damage may occur during off season due to small rodents, insects or moisture.
