Adjusting Basket Dump Cylinders

Adjust basket dump cylinders so basket raises and lowers evenly.

1. Loosen jam nut (A).

2. Disconnect grease line.

3. Remove upper cylinder pin (C).

4. Retract cylinder.

5. Align holes in cylinder rod end (B) and basket by rotating cylinder rod end.

6. Insert pin.

7. Connect grease line.

8. Tighten jam nut to specification.

Specification

-Minimum Torque 136 N·m (100 lb-ft)
