Removing Stripper From Storage

1. Clean stripper thoroughly, inside and out.

2. Remove sealing tape and plastic bags.

3. Adjust belt tension. (See ADJUSTING BELTS in Stripping Units and Cleaner sections.)

4. Check oil reservoir. If low, check for leaks. Add recommended oil as required.

5. Check tire inflation.

6. Make sure all cap screws are tight and cotter pins are in place.

7. (Air Conditioning) Check sight glass on receiver-dryer and add refrigerant if needed.

8. Check operating adjustments.

IMPORTANT: Once engine starts, allow it to idle with AC compressor on for a minimum of 4 minutes. This will allow refrigerant to properly lubricate compressor.

9. Run machine at half speed for about an hour. Check bearings for overheating or excessive looseness. Tighten or correct as necessary.

10. If installed, check fire extinguisher gauge for proper charge.

11. Review Operator's Manual.
