Adjusting Height Sensing Shoes

1. Park machine on level surface.

2. Raise head and engage cylinder stops.

3. Lower head onto cylinder stops.

4. Shut off engine and remove key.

5. On each unit check and adjust following:

Make sure height sensing shoes and linkages are not damaged or binding. (Check these locations for binding.)

Make sure height sensing shoes are operating as close to row as possible. Adjust using cap screws (A).

Make sure gatherer shoes are pinned in same hole (B).
