Cross Auger Clutch Slip Indicator

When an obstruction enters cross auger, cross auger clutch will slip, causing red indicator light (A) and STOP indicator (B) to come on and pulsed alarm to sound. Horn will continue to sound until obstruction is cleared and units are operated again. System resets if everything is operating properly.

causym CAUTION: Do not attempt to remove an obstruction from cross auger unless:

  • Units are disengaged.

  • Gear shift lever is in NEUTRAL.

  • Ignition is OFF.

  • Engine is stopped.

  • Key is removed.

  • Park brake is engaged.

Failure to adhere to these directives can result in injury or death to you or others.

If clutch continues to slip after obstruction is removed, check for plugging or mechanical damage.
