Unit Clutch Slip Indicators

When an obstruction enters stripping unit(s), unit clutch will slip, causing corresponding red indicator light(s) (A), and flashing STOP indicator (B) to come on and pulsed alarm to sound. Horn will continue to sound until obstruction is cleared and units are operated again. System resets if everything is operating properly.

Number "1" row unit is outermost unit on left-hand side of machine.

causym CAUTION: Do not attempt to remove an obstruction from units unless:

  • Units are disengaged.

  • Gear shift lever is in NEUTRAL.

  • Ignition is OFF.

  • Engine is stopped.

  • Key is removed.

  • Park brake is engaged.

Failure to adhere to these directives can result in injury or death to you or others.

If clutch continues to slip after obstruction is removed, check for plugging.
