Cleaner Monitor Indicators
When cleaner speed falls below set point with engine at full throttle, amber indicator light (A) comes on and a three second alarm sounds.
If any of the three slip clutches in cleaner have a relative slip of three percent but less than 7 percent, the amber indicator light (A) will come on and flash for the duration of the slipping and horn will sound for three seconds.
If any of the three slip clutches in the cleaner have a relative slip of 10 percent or more, red indicator light (B) and STOP indicator (C) will come on and continuous alarm will sound.
If cleaner electric drive clutch slips for more than two seconds, the amber cleaner light goes on solid, the red cleaner light will flash, the CAUTION light goes on solid, the STOP light will flash, and there will be a pulsed audible horn for 30 seconds. During this time, the cleaner clutch will be disengaged and will not allow re-engagement so that clutch may cool. There will also be a 192E displayed on the cornerpost tachometer. Lights and audible alarm will automatically turn off after 30 seconds, and then clutch can be re-engaged.
