Checking Depth Control Operation Without TOUCHSET Depth Control

1. Open transport lock-up valve (A).

2. Place tractor transmission in "park" and/or set brakes; then start engine. If using open SCV for by-pass line (Narrow FLEX-FOLD machines only) place SCV control (B) in float position.

3. Pull back on SCV I control lever (A) until depth control cylinder(s) are fully extended.

4. Move SCV I control lever back and forth several times while observing machine operation. Machine should raise when lever is pulled back and lower when lever is pushed forward. If action is reversed, reverse hose connections in SCV I hydraulic coupler.

5. After attaching and cycling cylinders, check tractor hydraulic oil reservoir. Add oil if necessary.
