Removing and Replacing Air Cleaner Elements

1. Remove wing nut and canister cover.

2. Remove wing nut (B) and primary element (A). Clean or replace primary element. See CLEANING, WASHING AND INSPECTING PRIMARY ELEMENT.

3. Wipe inside of canister and cover using a clean cloth.

4. Remove wing nut (A) and secondary element (B) ONLY if it is to be replaced. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CLEAN SECONDARY ELEMENT.

5. Install element(s) with wing nut(s). Make sure elements are properly seated.

6. Install canister cover and tighten wing nut.
