Adjusting Mud Scrapers (Attachment)

Scrapers are used to prevent accumulation of mud on the unit lift cylinders and unit pressure plates. The amount of clearance is determined by field conditions. Move scraper up or down in slots to adjust clearance.

Attach scrapers as shown.

NOTE: For 4 and 5-row 762 and 813 mm (30 and 32 in.) spacings and 762 mm (30 in.) and 813/1524 mm (32 in./60 in.) skip row spacings, attach support brackets (A) so angle is toward outside. For 4-row 965 and 1016 mm (38 and 40 in.) spacings, support bracket angle (B) is toward inside.

Angled out:

• 4 Row 762, 813, 864, 914 mm (30, 32, 34, 36 in.)
• 5 Row 762, 813 mm (30, 32 in.)
• All Skip Rows

Angled in:

• 4 Row 965, 1016 mm (38 and 40 in.)
