Removing Machine from Storage
1.
Clean the machine thoroughly, inside and out.
2.
Remove sealing tape and plastic bags.
3.
Charge and install batteries. See CHARGING BATTERY in BATTERIES section for proper charging procedures.
4.
Check all oil levels. Check for leaks if low and add oil as required.
5.
Check coolant level. Check for leaks if low.
6.
Adjust belt tension.
7.
Reinstall and check tire inflation.
8.
Fill the fuel tank with proper fuel.
9.
Lubricate picker completely.
10.
Crank engine until oil pressure gauge rises and start engine. Do not operate starter more than 30 seconds at a time. Wait at least 2 minutes for starter to cool before trying again.
11.
Operate machine at half speed for about 1 hour. Check bearings for overheating or excessive looseness.
12.
(Air Conditioning) Check sight glass on receiver-dryer. Add refrigerant if needed.
