Unit Monitor Display Panel

This panel displays indicator lights for unit drums (A) and unit doors (B). If a drum should stop or slow down due to spindle wrap, the appropriate indicator will light.

If a unit door should become plugged, an indicator for the appropriate door will light.

IMPORTANT: If an indicator light (for a stopped drum or plugged unit door) should come on the "STOP" light (C) will flash and a continuous pulsed alarm sound. Stop the machine immediately, disengage the units and determine what the problem is.

NOTE: Drum will stop because of gear case or idler clutch slippage.

If unit doors and unit drums are operating properly, the NORMAL light is on.

BULB CHECK:

Turn key switch halfway between ON and START positions to light all monitor bulbs. If any lights do not come on, refer to REPLACING INDICATOR, MONITOR AND GAUGE LIGHT BULBS in CAB AND AIR CONDITIONING section.

WARNING ALARM

Continuous pulsed alarm will sound when any indicator light is activated.
