Tighten drive wheels, guide wheels, or power rear axle wheel bolts to specifications.

If torque fails to stabilize after first ten hours, tighten to above values every ten hours. After torque stabilizes, tighten every 100 hours.

Check basket conveyor chains for tightness. With basket in unload position, chains should just contact chain guides on bottom side of conveyor. If conveyor chains need tightening, see ADJUSTING CONVEYOR CHAIN TENSION in BASKET section of this manual.
