Draining Water from Final Fuel Filter

1. Loosen bleed screw (A) and drain plug (B) to drain small amounts of water or sediment.

2. Tighten bleed screw and drain plug after draining filter.

3. Replace fuel filter element if excessive amounts of water or sediment are present. See REPLACING FUEL FILTER ELEMENT in ENGINE AND DRIVE TRAIN section.

NOTE: Fuel tank should be drained and refilled with fresh fuel if water and sediment are regularly found.
