Using Brake Latch
To use the brakes individually to assist in low-speed turning, flip brake latch to the right-hand (unlatched) position (A). Depress the brake pedal which corresponds with the direction of the turn.
When the picker is to be driven at high speed or when the brakes are not needed to assist in low speed turning, latch brake pedals together by flipping brake latch to the left-hand position (B) (into the groove in the left-hand brake pedal).
