Scrapping Plates (Attachment)
NOTE:
Install scrapping plates to increase efficiency in short, knotty cotton or during last picking.
Use of scrapping plates is not recommended for first picking in heavy cotton.
1.
Remove five M10 x 20 cap screws (B), nuts and extension (A).

Remove five M10 x 25 cap screws (B), nuts and pressure plate extension (A).

3.
Attach extension (A) and scrapper plates (B and C) to inside of pressure plate (D) using M10 x 30 plow bolts (E) and nuts. Position 4-spindle scrapper plates (B) at top and bottom with 10-spindle plate (C) in-between. Use four plow bolts to attach top and bottom scrapper plates and five bolts to attach center plate.
4.
Tighten all hardware.
