Suction Door or Duct Restriction

When a suction door plugs, the appropriate unit light (A) and flashing STOP light (B) will come on. These lights will stay on and the alarm WILL BE activated.

If one or more unit lights appear, move hydro lever to neutral and reduce engine speed to idle.

CAUTION: If you or others become entangled in the moving parts of a unit, serious injury or death can result. To prevent injury, be sure machine is OFF, park brake is engaged and key is removed to prevent injury.

Proceed as follows to remove restriction from suction door or duct.

2. Place transmission and hydro lever in neutral.

3. Engage park brake.

4. Turn off machine and remove key.

5. Remove restriction from suction door or duct.

6. Clean off doffer monitor contact point and area where it attaches to post.
