causym CAUTION: The basket is heavy and if it should fall serious injury or death to you or others can result. Never remove radiator filler cap or check coolant by lifting and working under basket.

Wait until engine coolant is cool to remove radiator cap. Never remove radiator filler cap when coolant or engine is hot. Explosive release of fluids from pressurized cooling system can cause serious burns to you or others.

1. Drain and flush cooling system.

2. Replace coolant. Fill radiator with coolant mixture. See DIESEL ENGINE COOLANT in this section. See SPECIFICATIONS section for system refill capacity. See CHECKING COOLANT LEVEL and FILLING RADIATOR in ENGINE AND DRIVE TRAIN section.
