Saw Replacement (Saw Drum in Cabinet)

1. Remove cabinet door.

2. For upper saw drum, remove both sets of grid bars (A), feed control channel (B) and feed door (C).

3. For lower saw drum, remove grid bars (A) and brush holder panel (B).

4. Remove six nuts (A) and brush (B).

causym CAUTION: Saw blades are extremely sharp and can cause serious injury or death to you or others. Wear leather gloves when servicing saws to prevent injury to yourself.

5. Remove five screws per saw blade to replace. Center screws in blade slots during assembly.

NOTE: If attaching holes have been enlarged so original screws will not hold blades to drum, an oversized screw (N166555) is available from service parts.

6. Install grid bars, feed control channel, feed door and brush holder panel.

7. Set grid bar and feed control channel spacing. (See SET GRID BAR AND FEED CONTROL CHANNEL SPACING in this section.)
