Preparing the Machine

IMPORTANT: NEVER install lock pin in both transport and field position holes at the same time.

NOTE: When lock pin is in transport position (A), hydraulic cylinder can be removed for other uses, and machine can still be transported.

1. Install hydraulic cylinder as shown. Position lock pin in either transport position (A) OR field position (B).

2. Route hoses through spring support on machine hitch.

3. Change position of drill hitch clevis straps AND/OR tractor drawbar to level drill.

NOTE: Air pressure affects seeding rates. Make certain pressures are within specifications.

4. Adjust tire air pressure to specifications.

Machine Tire - Specification

Four Ply -Pressure 194 kPa (1.9 bar) (28 psi)
Six Ply -Pressure 221 kPa (2.2 bar) (32 psi)
