Adjusting Double-Disk Outside Scraper

Double-disk openers require a well-prepared loose seed bed. Attachments can be added to increase accuracy of planting depth.

NOTE: Use outside scrapers (A) only when necessary to help disks clean.

1. Adjust scrapers to contour of disk with just enough tension to clean disks.

2. When not using scrapers (A), loosen nut and turn each scraper from field slot (B) to storage slot (C). Tighten nut.
