IMPORTANT:
Rates shown in charts are only to be used as a guide. (See RATE CHECK-METHOD ONE and RATE CHECK-METHOD TWO in Operating the Machine section.)

Charts are based on machines with STANDARD-SPEED drive. For DOUBLE-SPEED drive, machine will sow at double the rates shown. For HALF-SPEED drive, machine will sow at one-half the rates shown.

Charts are based on machines with either 193 x 381 mm (7.60 x 15 in.) rib-implement tires OR 190 x 508 mm (7.50 x 20 in.) double-rib tires.

If machine is equipped with 193 x 381 mm (7.60 x 15 in.) double-rib tires, multiply chart rate by 0.94.

If machine is equipped with 190 x 508 mm (7.50 x 20 in.) rib-implement tires, multiply chart rate by 1.03.

Drill row spacing can be changed by using feed stops (See GRAIN FEED STOP-FLUTED-FEEDS in Attachment section.)
6.
Some seeds such as soybeans and peas vary widely in size. For such seed types, at a given kilogram (pound) per hectare (acre) rate, number of seeds planted per hectare (acre) will vary according to size of seed.
