Setting Feed Shaft Gear Case

NOTE: Disengage gears when not distributing fertilizer.

1. A graduated increase in speed (from slow to fast) is made with the gear case speed selector (A).

2. Turn lock (B) vertical, then pull out knob (C) to disengage gears.

NOTE: Set speed selectors so that desired digit is aligned with edge of cover. If unsure, remove cover and check setting.

3. Move speed selectors to "Gear Case Setting" as shown on the FERTILIZER CHARTS in this section for your desired kilograms per hectare (pounds per acre).

4. Push knob in and turn lock horizontal.
